Returns:

Returns are accepted within 15 days, as long as the product has not been worn, is not damaged, or sent in its original pouch, still fitted with the tag label.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have had to change our returns policy following abusive returns in recent months.

Here is the procedure to follow :

1. the customer must send an email to hello@holiandlove-eshop.com indicating the order number and the reason for their return
2. the customer will send the packaged item to this address:

   by attaching the delivery slip in the package in the return package
3. when H&L has received the package, we will reimburse you for the amount of the product (excluding delivery costs) on the payment card or, if applicable, on your Paypal account
